The Ship has a number of events happening to celebrate the festival - Click here for a full listing or use the calendar to see what's happening throughout the week. Food wise The Ship will be offering both individual scallop specials each day and a scallop taster menu for the more committed scallop fan. Dishes will change daily but you can expect scallops done in traditional ways like coquille st jacques - served in the shell with creamy mash, gruyere & spinach, or seared scallops with black pudding and pea puree, along with some more playful ways to treat the scallop - mexican style – scallop ceviche with chilli and lime
