Scallops of the World Unite
A whole evening devoted to the scallop, beginning at 6.30pm and consisting of a six-course scallop taster menu inspired by ideas from around the world each served with the perfect drink...so from Mexico we have scallop ceviche with limejuice & chilli, from France we have the Coquille St Jacques, from Japan, scallop tempura, and so on. Each course will be accompanied by an apertiif or glass of wine chosen specifically to compliment the flavours of the course, and we‘ll have wine expert Alastair Llewelyn-Smith from renowned Wine Merchants Thorman Hunt & Co there to help guide you through the journey.
