Each day we’ll cook dishes using a different part of a pig: you might find brawn from the head, maple braised belly, scratchings from the skin, and even crispy pigs’ ear salad!  But don’t panic – for the more faint hearted there will be a delicious wild boar stew, ‘boar in the hole’, and sausages for the kids too. As well as our usual menu of seasonal fish, and wholesome pub food.
