Saturday 20th - Sunday 28th February - Scallop Week
Throughout the week The Ship will be running scallop specials. These will change daily but examples include:
- Coquille St Jacques – Gratineed in the shell with creamy mash & Gruyer
- Seared scallop, black pudding & pea mousse
- Scallop sushi – Scallops marinated in soy & rice wine on vinegared rice
with pickled ginger & wasabi
- Smoked prawn & scallop kebab with sweet corn fritter & BBQ sauce
- Chipotle spiced scallop with tortilla, blackbeans & sour cream
- Seared scallops with squid ink risotto & crispy Parma ham
We will also have the Scallop Week 'I'm a Big Fan' 3 course tasting menu on every day throughout the week - best to book in advance for this.
