The bread we serve arrives fresh every morning from the Lighthouse Bakery and is baked by the fair hands of East Sussex's most famous & loved artisan bakers, Rachel & Liz, because they're better at baking bread than us or anyone else we've ever known. They don't just bake bread though, they teach YOU how to bake it too! Find out about their courses and the packages we offer together.
Most of our meat comes from Natural Farms in Ewhurst Green. Ashbee and Sons, the butchers on Rye High Street, provide the bacon & the sausages.
The majority of the fish we use comes from Rye Bay - either from Market Fisheries or Tony the Fishman at Rye Bay Fish. If it's not from there, it'll say so on the menu.
The fruit and vegetables are from Brett who's the green grocer on the High Street.
